  4. A user who does not agree to an amendment may stop using the Service and delete their account. If a user continues to use the Service past the effective date without objecting, the user is deemed to have accepted the amendment.

Article 4 (Account)

  1. Users sign in with a Google account or an Apple account.
  2. An account may be used only by the user themselves and may not be transferred, sold, lent or pledged.
  3. The Company is not liable for damage arising from a user's failure to manage their own account credentials.
  4. Persons under the age of 14 may not use the Service.

Article 5 (The Service)

Gold is not money and has no cash value. It cannot be used outside the Service, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or another user's assets, and is not refundable in cash under any circumstances.

  1. Gold is obtained only through in-game activity such as match rewards. The Company does not sell Gold.
  2. Gold, players and all other in-game assets are a licence to use them within the Service and are not property owned by the user.
  3. When an account is deleted or the Service ends, Gold and in-game assets are extinguished without separate compensation.
