How to delete your Nine Manager account and game data.

You can delete your Nine Manager account from inside the app. No form and no email to support is required.
How to delete your account
- Open the Nine Manager app.
- Tap the My Info tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete Account in the Account section.
- Review what will be erased and tap Proceed with Deletion.
- On the final confirmation screen, tap Delete and Exit. Your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
The following data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Account identifier and email address
- Club name, division, league record and season score
- Players, lineup and farm squad
- Gold, facility levels and market transaction history
- Legacy points and career records
- Access logs and device information
What is retained
The records below must be kept under Korean law for the periods shown, and are destroyed once that period ends. They contain only the minimum information needed to identify the transaction.

A purchased Remove Ads product is extinguished when you delete your account and is not refunded. Signing up again with the same store account may not restore it automatically. Please make sure before you delete.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Reinstall it and follow the steps above, or email us at the address below with the email address you signed in with and we will delete the account for you. We will act on the request and inform you of the outcome within 10 days.
